I walked into the office on Skidaway Rd in Savanah and there were 9 ppl here and there was just 1tax person here on the last day for filing, I must say she seem to be nice and patient, but she had to refuse 2 clients while I was here, 1 client had to much for her to do where she had to deal with his wife on the phone on speaker. This was a sad situation that the woman had to work under these type of circumstances, it stressful
I had 2 broken appointment with no explanation ,call, text ,email nothing two of the offices were closed
I don’t know that I’ll JH again..not convincingly knowledgeable, my mom is more tech savy, and for very minimal paper work, $222 is absurdly rich. Booo!
