The preparer was excellent. He quickly filled out the forms, and was personable during our time. What I liked the most, was that he went back and checked the last two years of our returns and there seemed to be a significent discrepancy in what had been, and what he was calculating for this year. Rather than just shrug it off, he called a supervisor for assistance.
