Scheduling Concerns - Double booking I scheduled my appointment online. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times. The third time I declined. Don’t make the customer feel like it’s their fault that you are busy. If you offer and confirm an appointment time honor that. Double booking shows disrespect. Telling the customer that “we are very busy so we have to change your appointment time” shifts the blame on the customer rather than taking accountability for your inadequate scheduling procedures.
