This team did a great job on our income tax extension!
Would not return to this location. The older guy there not sure of his name because he didnt tell us. He started yelling at my spouse and I when he was called over by the younger guy to review a copy of our 2024 tax statement that ha errors! Neither one of these people told introduced themselves or ptovided their names. The reason we came to Jackson Hewitt because I knew something was not right and wanted to make sure the taxes was completed correctly. ok pricing if you got the deal from last year but was told to not worry about the 15,000 i spent on windows. After that looked into it then had to call back take documents back for the windows then had to pay $140 extra for the amendment. No deal next year probably won’t use them again.
Ask for David in the Oviedo office! He's amazing!
I recommend the Oviedo location as the staff provide excellent service. I returned due to the discount special available this year. I deal with David as he is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with my tax returns. I look forward to returning next year.
