I had a compassionate tax preparer that took the time to listen, gave good advice, and offered a lower fee than I had expected! I only had one issue with the scheduling where no one showed up at the 11 AM appointment, but they quickly rectified it with a 12 pm appointment that day in a nearby location. Overall this is my second time going there and they were very nice!
David was amazing, and made doing my taxes for the first time in 7 years a complete breeze!
Fast and professional
We filed our taxes with Jackson Hewitt in January using only two W-2s. Despite how simple the return should have been, our refund was delayed for months. We received no communication or updates from the office during that time. We had to escalate the issue ourselves to an area manager just to get answers. Which, we had to get in touch with her through another Jackson Hewitt in another area, reaching out to her.
