Completely screwed up my child’s fathers taxes, they literally committed tax fraud and identity fraud using his personal information, gave the irs a complete different tax return then the one he received, signed things in his name without him being there, put a complete different bank account for the tax money to go into that wasn’t even HIS. DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH JACKSON HEWWIT unless you want to wait months to get an appointment with the irs to fix what they mess up.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything thoroughly. I got in and out of my appointment in a timely manner
