If I could give negative stars I would. The tax preparer who did my taxes did not even read the w2. Absolutely zero accountability on their part for filing the wrong year w2 and blamed it all on me for "giving them the wrong year". It's written in big black bold letters on the w2 form- your job as a tax preparer is to make sure I gave you the correct documents. Not only did they refuse to take accountability, refuse to help with the penalties or late fees they also refused to refund the service fees I paid. All around unhelp... read more
