Josephine was wonderful to work with and took good care of us!
I scheduled an appointment and after standing in front of the associate for over 30 minutes (post scheduled appointment), I had to interrupt a non-scheduled appointment for the associate to assist me. On top of that, I was charged for a deluxe package when I had an extremely basic return. The whole appointment (when I actually sat down) was less than 30 minutes. No property to claim, no dependents, no insurances, just one W-2. Why would the associate charge me for a deluxe package?
