Very professional
It was an average visit. It seemed that my tax preparer pro lacked some knowledge in preparing my taxes (federal and state). She messed up on my state taxes so I have to return today for an amendment. Plus it was very expensive based on talking to several people that have had their taxes done.
Worst service, super expensive, and they have employees who do not do their job properly. I gave the information and ID'S and they still misspelled the name of my street. missing letters on it. The printer is lacking ink to print my taxes, making it an inconvenience to come back later on, only to find out your taxes were filed incorrectly! Very bad service, if I could, I would rate this place a 0/5 stars.
