I had been using Jackson Hewitt for years & have always been happy with them. I moved out of state for a few years & tried something else, but was so happy to go back to Jackson Hewitt upon moving back home to Texas. They're very helpful, patient, & professional. I always recommend them. This years experience was exceptionally nice. I sincerely hope Kenia is back next year, she turned a chore into an even nicer experience than usual!!
