Not sure how you mess up taxes when presented with all the paperwork necessary. Took 4 more trips (nobody ever there) until I was able to correct the problem (after making another appointment). Will NOT make same mistake next year.
First tax rep was slow and did not have any faith in. Second rep was better. But, was extremely disappointed that the “no higher than $149” add was not so. The add was on their window! Ended up paying $218 after a “discount”. I felt it was a bait and switch scam. Next year I will go back to HR Block.
The attention that I received was exceptional!! Cheryl was so pleasant and a major help with getting all my taxes completed. She is so nice, professional and explained what she was doing so that I could understand. I now have a very dear friend and had the privilege of working with her!
