The person that handled my tax preparation was very pleasant. I was given an appointment at the last minute,on the last day, that fit my work schedule.I had a simple return with no complications. I was shocked that my preparation price was over $600. The manager authorized a reduction in my preparation cost which I appreciated, but the final cost was over $400. I feel I was overcharged and will not be recommending your services.
Lauren was very professional and personable. She told me about the senior citizen discount so save some Hard earned cash there. Lauren made short work of my taxes and talked with me about everything she was doing. I will certainly be a return customer as well as telling other about her.
Lauren Raines was an amazing person for taxes. I would refer her to anyone. She's knowledgeable, kind and patient. She did take care and we were beyond satisfied!!
Mrs. Lauren is hands down the best person we've ever had do our taxes!! She's efficient and fast! She went above and beyond to help us not only get a great return, She also spent all of her free time (when she wasn't with a customer) trying to fix an error that was my fault. We hope to get to use her services again next year! We also made a friend in the process
