I’ve done my taxes with Jackson since 2017 and I’ve never had a problem, this year I made an appointment for the Sturbridge location and waited for an hour for someone to show up. I called the Oxford location and she got me in right away and said sometimes he just doesn’t show up some days when he has appointments.
For the past 2 years I have had the pleasure of having my taxes done by Dan Violette. He is very knowledgeable and personable and just an all around great guy. I will continue going to JH as long as Dan is there!!
