I’m giving a 3 because the company (not the employees personally) falsely advertise filing fees to bait clients. I paid almost $400 more than I paid with H&R last year. Although I did not have any issues when it came down IRS acceptance and issuance not only did I pay more but I also got a smaller return and I worked OT almost every pay period last year. If I don’t file on my own next year, I’ll be returning to H&R Block.

Dani was literally the BEST! We did not have our ducks in a row and left so much money on the table when we first came in (literally like $50,000 in expenses found later) because we did not track in detail. She explained how to track the expenses accurately and provided us with valuable knowledge. We were negative originally and came out positive after doing the work. Her demeanor, humor, knowledge was just more than anything we could hope for!! Couldn't recommend more
It was the worst experience ever. You'll cost way too much. The lady didn't even tell me what I was getting back. It was so unprofessional. I will never go back and I don't recommend nobody go there
