I was weary in choosing where to go to get my taxes completed because of the huge let down from the prior year! The moment I walked in I knew that Jackson Hewitt was the right one for me. The set up, lighting, cleanliness just everything was positive, calming and reassuring .I was greeted & handled immediately with my questions answered so I knew what to collect and bring back with me. Robin at the Bessemer City location was professional but very approachable & personable which calmed my anxiety .
