Man, what an experience. The lady was honest upfront that she had zero idea how to claim my rental properties.. However, she was a lovely person, offered me a granola bar. She was able to do some critical thinking and called someone to assist her. It took dang near 2 hours. However, when I did them myself I owed $1500, after doing it correctly with this lady, I am getting $4500
