My experience at Jackson Hewitt was excellent! Halie Creel was thoroughly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We had total confidence that our taxes were done accurately and completely, with no detail left out. We were even able to pay the IRS what we owed them with our credit card, right there when we were with her! She also gave us great advice about the best way to increase our withholding so we wouldn't owe as much next time.
