went to do my taxes and the tax preparer was not there later found out that she was walking around the store when we asked to help us. she said she dont help people unless they tip her and then she was on the phone with someone and was unprofessional when we asked for her manager or supervisor she said she is the owner and that no one can fire her. only information we got was her name tag said paula. later we went to another office in valley mills and the people there dont want to help people do taxes the lady on the left si... read more
I don’t understand why I was charged 525 dollars to have my taxes done when the signs say no more than 149
Sonny Simpson sent my taxes to the wrong account and then had to wait for a paper check will not use this service ever again !!!!!!!
Beware, they will take over $50 of your refund by using an outside service to process it without disclosing it to you. When I confronted them about it later, they did reimburse me that amount. I think their service is overpriced. Charged me $395.
