It was a easy and painless process considering it was my taxes
I had my taxes done yesterday and although it took quite a while to complete, I was grateful for it. Giovanni was very thorough and professional. She didn’t rush and was very understanding of all my paperwork. I do wish they had more than one rep at each location. My rep was swamped with customers and did the best she could with the hourly appts. It’s a good thing I’m flexible. Can’t speak for the others. Other than that, I appreciate her hard work.
