Thank you to Chris for fixing the issues that the previous tax advisor (Carrie) . He was very helpful and did everything he could to address our concerns. He deserves all the recognition for his efforts. This was our first experience with Jackson Hewitt and if not for his performance, my review would be far more negative.
The accountant did a good job, but it only took him about 20 minutes and if I wasn’t a first time client the charge would’ve been $404 dollars which is ridiculous. I won’t be back next year.
