Tax preparer never showed for my appointment. Found another location that would take me. The person doing my taxes had two errors in my information. When I pointed them out she asked me if I wanted to do it myself in a really sarcastic tone. No, I am paying hundreds of dollars for you to do my taxes CORRECTLY. She later apologized when she saw the errors herself, but it was totally unnecessary and unacceptable for her to speak to a customer that way.
