Very unprofessional 3 W2s and took him more than 2 hours, when fee questioned it was $600. Look like he was taking instructions from supervisor didn’t know process properly.

After several unsuccessful attempts at the Hoosick Street location, I booked an appointment at the Cohoes location instead. I arrived about 10 minutes early and Joseph quickly greeted me. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Joseph was extremely professional and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’ll definitely be coming back next year!
Very capable and could not have been more helpful. I am 75 years old and they did everything they could to be helpful.
