Set an appointment 2:00 but don’t get seen until 3:15 which at that point they should have just rescheduled me. I waited through and the woman doing my taxes did a great job which is why I added a star. But due to the extra hour and a half wait my phone died which forced me to drive home and make me late for everything else I had scheduled today. I understand being 15 or 30 mins late but almost an hour and half is unprofessional.

This office was running extremely behind. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday and was not contacted until Tuesday. While on the phone, there was a secondary conversation with a manger who was obviously frustrated and cursing. Overall, I would not recommend

I have to say that my experience today with Delia was phenomenal. I was a walk in today. Delia was the only employee on shift and had 3 appointments before me. Not to mention the store closed at 4. Not only was she courteous and pleasant, Delia took her time and handled each client's taxes as if she was working on her own. I really appreciate her work ethic and kindness.
