Do not go to Jackson hewitt to get your taxes done 🤬! I've been a customer for 12 years and the one time something went wrong with my taxes they refused to take responsibility for it! I handed them 4 or 5 W2s and paid them to do my state, city, and federal taxes. I ended up getting a letter from the city saying that I owed more money plus a late fee because of the amount being wrong.
