Took 2 days with computer problems, scheduling, pricey, no envelope for sending. Just a kinda lousy company.
So easy. I was back 3 years on filing. Back on track. I had gave 5, will change if they can print my documents and get my referral deposited in my account. They say 50 card when referral file, but it is when they get their refund, and the 2 locations in pw are out of toner too often to get my printouts. For a irs service this is awful. I tried to get resolution via message and calls. At this point I will be happy with my documents print out, and never use this service again. Deb was very detailed and patient. Extremely friendly, I would definitely want her to do my taxes again.
Not so good. No paper to print. Had to come back the next day and received a copy too light to read. Have to come back to get a ledgibal copy. Had questions she couldn't answer. Says she'll call back with answers. Still waiting. No Federal vouchers to send payment nor a pre-addressed envelope. Sub-standard everything.
