I was not at all happy with the service this time around. The lady that helped me did not seem like an expert at all. The 1st return she quoted me was three something. When she seen my reaction, she said let me make sure I did it right. I don't know what she did but she came out with a new quote of eight something. I asked for the money now and was given an American Express card. It's not really the same day if you have to wait for the card to come in the mail.
