The tax preparer was very helpful , polite, courteous, and got my taxes done fairly quickly due to amid many w-2 forms. Thank you so much for doing my taxes this year. Would use for next years taxes as well. Very impressed with the professionalism.

Tax service is a necessity but raping your clients is not. I've used JH for many years and service was great until this year. Typically paid around $350-400 for services. This year...almost $850 !!! After "negotiating", it was brought down to around $650. Promotion shows $149 for new clients, federal taxes only. Loyal customers get nothing. So next year, someone else gets my money.
