They kept calling, some days it was more than once. I only went to JH because they did my taxes last year. Their fees are outrageous and I will not be using their service again

I had an appointment to file my taxes but misjudged the time it would take to get to their office and I arrived almost an hour early. I would have been happy to wait until my appointment time but I was taken in immediately. Everything went smoothly and I was finished and on my way home before my original appointment time.
