The lady that did my taxes was super nice, but I have NEVER had to pay the amount that I paid here. I will NEVER use them again. Also, it's been over a week and I still haven't anything from the IRS. I called the main office and the lady on the phone told me it was still processing. REALLY??? In all the years I've done my own taxes I've almost immediately gotten a response back from the IRS!!!
