The tax preparers and everyone in the office were very friendly, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the tax preparers in this office do not know how to prepare taxes in regards to the MSRRA (military spouse residency relief act) and state income taxes. I have always received a full state income tax refund due to my spouse being active duty military with a home residence of Texas (We just moved back this year 2025).
