The fact that I'm charged over $300 to file my taxes when y'all advertise $49 is ridiculous. But I left one star because the guy who helped me was awesome (David) thanks for your help dude.

Greatest ever
Service is good but, the fees are ridiculous. Filing through them this last time put me in serious financial trouble and will take me months to recover. For that reason, this is the last time I use them.
I believe the man’s name was Doug, and he was very professional, courteous ,warming ,helpful and full of knowledge of his profession! He answered every question that we had and made it simple to understand as he prepared our taxes for us to get us our best refund Possible!!! Thank you, Jackson Hewitt and thank you, Mr. Doug
