Barbara was fantastic! I am a new client and needed to do 2 refunds, different states and she was AMAZING!
Associate was super nice but this place is a overpriced ripoff. Over $300 for preparation of taxes absolutely ridiculous with a walmart employee discount. We get charged for some bull crap premium package that has maximum refund guarantee and end up owing Absolutely do not recommend. Had we known what they charge prior to using would have not used this place. Will not be coming back. Would of costed us almost $600 through them if not for our employee discount.
Lorraine was the best tax agent I ever had do my taxes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for the best tax agent around give Lorraine a call.
