I don't like to give bad reviews but I think I must. The representative who helped me Jasmine was extremely helpful and nice and did the job no issues. I have used this location 3 years in a row because my old bookkeeper passed away after using them for 30 years, the first year I use Jackson Hewitt the cost was $125 last year it was $585 this year it was $490 my tax returns are always the same, and I was even told it was a simple return.
