Had an excellent time no fuss everything went good the lady was very pleasant easy to work with and I will be coming back
I didn't mind waiting the hour it was my own fault for procrastinating but I've always gotten a refund in my entire life. The lady literally asked me why I thought that I would ever get a refund from what I brought her. The way she made me feel sitting there after everything I've gone through I could have had such better customer service. Shoot just a smile from this lady could have made my day a little better after she gave me news that I was going to owe $250 per year because of a healthcare.gov plan I've always been on.
