I’ve used that h and r place in the past but wanted to try Jackson Hewitt this year. I will definitely be back next year if all of JH’s tax preparers are as professional and personable as Sanja Jakvoljevic. She went above and beyond to help me and I feel like her knowledge and skill set go above are well above her position. If I was CEO of JH I would put her in charge of training other tax preparers so they’d all be paid this good.
Sanja Jakvoljevic did an amazing job and was so helpful! She is the best I will be coming back to do my taxes with her next year!
