I found the experience good my taxes were easy. You advised a deal. Which wasn't the thing. You charges me even more the what your add said. Soni will never tell anyone to use you and I will never use you again.
This place has no punctuality or respect for the time of others. I scheduled two appointments (one on 3/16 and one on 3/22). With both appointments, I had to wait 30-40 minutes and no one ever showed up. The lack of professionalism is concerning and there was no communication for why the appointments were missed on the other end. If you are looking for a tax specialist, do not go here because they will leave you out to dry and will not have any respect for your time
