This is my second post I even spoke with someone and they said they would let my local office head know and still after a week has still not been addressed at a local level so unprofessional

First off My tax preparer Samantha for last few years was not here which was the only reason I filed with Jackson Hewitt to begin with! Secondly I have had 3 different people assist me so far this year and did not complete my taxes properly so now have to file an amendment!! Does not deserve even one star! Most unprofessional, incompetent, rude tax preparers. Provided with wrong information & mistakes made. Over charged and took 2 hours! Will be contacting my attorney.
I could of payed 70$ on turbo tax like I usually do. Not almost 700$. When I have the easiest return ever. Also, disappointed with refund advance. I'm sure not a single person got 3500$
I have been going through Turbo Tax for 14 years. I thought this year I would try something new. I have heard everything good on Jackson and Hewit. The lady I was working with was Great! I applied for the early advance, I was told I was approoved but didnt no for how much and in a hour I would recieve money on a card after I set up my account. She said it may take a hour longer.
