I made an appointment with the Oshkosh, WI location and waited for almost an hour for someone to show up for my appointment. The office was locked, no one was there and no one showed up. Very disappointed.
This is my second post I even spoke with someone and they said they would let my local office head know and still after a week has still not been addressed at a local level so unprofessional
.Update 2025 I am very disappointed in the customer service this year. First off My tax preparer Samantha for last few years was not here which was the only reason I filed with Jackson Hewitt to begin with! Secondly I have had 3 different people assist me so far this year and did not complete my taxes properly so now have to file an amendment!! Lastly I just went to my rescheduled appointment that jackson Hewitt rescheduled which i arrived and NOBODY WAS THERE AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO RE RE SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT! I will not... read more
Does not deserve even one star! Most unprofessional, incompetent, rude tax preparers. Provided with wrong information & mistakes made. Over charged and took 2 hours! Will be contacting my attorney.
I could of payed 70$ on turbo tax like I usually do. Not almost 700$. When I have the easiest return ever. Also, disappointed with refund advance. I'm sure not a single person got 3500$
