Had our taxes done on Wed., Mar. 26th with Allison. She was amazing. The best tax preparer ever. She gave us some great advice, that nobody else had ever mentioned to us before, concerning the Obamacare penalties, that cause us to never get a federal tax refund. My husband and I can't thank her enough for that advice.

Had to wait 20 min for my scheduled drop off appt. Came after working nightshift, asked for reminder text to return for signing & paperwork. Didn't get text or email on return date, so I called & made an appt. Easy peasey, in & out in 15 min. Other than missed appt things, service is reason I come back every year.
Allison was great. I definitely recommend her and The and the office in Carmel.
