Complete waste of time, appointment was late getting in because of prior customer (20mins) then charges me almost triple what HR Block does because it was “COMPLICATED”! Two 1099’s are COMPLICATING, even though it only took him 15 mins to get done! He says he’ll call his corporate office to get something back as well as the guarantee up to $5000 if it’s filed wrong. Never heard back. Then, lo and behold, I get a letter from State saying it was filed wrong and I still owe several hundred dollars! Pathetically bad. Never again... read more
