I scheduled an appointment for 4/18, to get some help with my tax filing. I arrived for the appointment and found the business closed. I called the number listed and the gentleman who answered said he was closed because he was “really tired” and “had a busy past 5 days”. I understand the tax season rush, but also completely unprofessional to accept an appointment that they weren’t going to fulfill. Normally I do my own taxes, but ran into an odd situation, so I felt It was best to have someone help me this time. Qunli (Judy) was so incredibly helpful, kind, quick, and efficient. If I have trouble again I know exactly where I would go, Jackson Hewitt!
The only issue I had was they didn't call me when my taxes were I had to call them to find out.
I walked in 2 days before my taxes were due and they did my taxes for me and filed my 709!! I love them and highly recommend!
