Linda was not only professional but extremely helpful, kind, and charismatic. My wife and I needed our taxes ammended due to filing wrong after getting married in 23. Being young and confused, Linda made us feel welcome and extremely relieved from a lot of our stress regarding taxes. Even after she finished, went above and beyond to answer all questions or concerns I might have had almost 2 weeks later! I highly reccomend Jackson Hewitt tax service, but ESPECIALLY if you get the blessing of working with Linda. 👌😊
We love Miss Linda!! My husband and I are newly weds and decided to use Jackson Hewitt to help us out. We had ran errands all day and showed up around 4:30, 30 minutes to close just to let someone know we’d be back to set things up the next day. Linda didn’t turn us away, instead she told us to sit down, and took the time to set up everything so she could take care of in the 30 minutes she had. Not very many people like her anymore, highly recommended.
Linda did a good job. The process was relatively quick easy. The only reason I'm not giving this review five stars is because of a different client. There was another client in the room whose behavior was odd. I was sitting at the desk while Linda completed my filing. A male client stood to my right next to the wall four or five feet away on his cell phone. I felt like he was standing over me while I filed my taxes on his phone.
