I am so grateful for Teisha. After an extremely bad and unprofessional experience with the Jackson Hewitt location on Trooper Road in Norristown, she offered for me to come right over to her office where she was working that day on Marshall Road to complete my taxes after my confirmed text and email appointment was a NO-SHOW!!! Disgusting honestly, I finally received a call from someone an hour later claiming the person didn’t show to work due to being sick. Sure!!!
