Would give 0 stars if possible. Herbert decided he knew the answers to our tax situation better than we did. I had to call and get the tax’s fixed after the fact since Herbert listed us as residents in three different states rather than listing us as non-residential temp workers as requested. I thought it was because I was a woman but he argued with my husband to. Never again. Herbert needs to be re-educated and remediated or he needs to move on. Also- they charged me 700$
Wasn't happy as 1st time customers. Our guy was very nice, but waited until the end to tell us our bill woukd be $680....then pulled that well known sham if calling his boss to lower our bill to $300. We wont be back.
