Ruth Nash was very helpful, she kept me from going somewhere else. I was unhappy with this company due to being cancelled on 4 consecutive times in 2 days of making appointments. She came down from Atlanta to save the day. And her Manager did my daughter and I a solid. We will be coming to Jackson Hewitt for years to come. Thank you
Very disappointed this year !!! Not expecting a $550.00 fee. NEVER WILL BE BACK AGAIN. WHO WANTS TO PAY THAT FOR A simple RETURN ???
