The process was smooth. Jackie, our tax return preparer, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. If we need/want someone to assist us with our taxes next year we’ll most likely use Jackson Hewitt and Jackie again.
I would Not recommend this place due to the fact The cards they give are to much complicated to deal with . You can’t get your all your money out. You have to pay there fee an the ATM fee every time you use it. The supervisor Jackie Rude an Always use the excuse of She Don’t know anything. They don’t get back to you . Most of all they take a LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY for there FEES . I will not be going back next year.
