This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt, and unfortunately this will be the last. The woman who helped me was very professional and nice… she got the job done BUT it took her 2 HOURS! Last year my regular private accountant filed them within 15 min AND this year my taxes were less involved so I’m still scratching my head at what went wrong.
