The lady at who answers the phone and greet you at the door is very nice and pleasant. However, the tax preparer Shannon has a very unwelcoming attitude. Her whole being is just dry. She didn't e-file my taxes until 8 days later. I had to call up there because I could not get updates on my tax status. She told the lady to tell me I have to wait 2 wks to get an update. I told then I've never waited that long. Check an hr later... BAM!! My status now says it was received by the IRS. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! She charged almost... read more
