I had a wonderful experience personally...HOWEVER! I will NEVER use this company to do my taxes again..having discovered that your company performs taxes for ILLEGAL INVADERS!!! TREASON!
My tax preparation experience was great. it was filled with smiles and professionalism. All accomplished in a short amount of time.
Carol really dropped the ball! First she took 2 hours, and she forgot to input the taxes my wife paid on her social security, blaming the computer! We were told we OWED 600 dollars and all our previous accounts were wrong! Once we asked, what about the taxes that were paid on social security, and that was calculated, now we're getting a refund of 800. All I can say is good thing we asked!!
