Swati Joshi was wonderful. Knowledgeable and easy to schedule an appt. I highly recommend this Jackson Hewitt in Katy, TX.
The staff and tax prep are fine. But the pricing is ridiculous. No up front pricing, and they use a little sign saying the more forms, the more complex the return is the price goes up. Again, no upfront pricing. My tax prep time was the same as previous years, but the cost went up 400% because of the number of forms I had. This is the 3rd year I have used the Jackson Hewitt Franz Road location in Katy. Swati is very knowledgeable and thorough in preparing the return. She has been able to answer any questions I have. I moved out of state in April of 2024 but used Swati for the 2024 return and plan to again next year.
