Went smoothly the first year. This year the "tax pro" incorrectly filed the return which resulted in me losing my return and owing money. She also didn't show up to the follow up appointment. Had to go to West Bend to resolve
They are little pricey but so worth it. I had Anjel She has 20 yrs of experience and was worth every bit. She was calming and understanding I will use her again.
My appointment was scheduled at noon I sat down and (Tim) was friendly and said if I wanted to stay, he could have my taxes done in about 20 minutes and he was right, he asked me a few questions and before I knew it I was signing them and he printed everything out for me and put them on an envelope and I was on my way! I will definitely do this again next year!
