Crystal did a great job helping us with our taxes. She's is super nice and seems to love helping people with their taxes. So very happy with our experience.

I only gave it 1 star because that’s the ONLY way I would be able to post a review. The tax preparer I sat down with, filed my tax return without my permission after I had already told her that we were just going to “table” it because I felt that the filing fee was to high and she told me that she would reach out to her manager to see about a discount seeing how I’ve been a JH customer for 4 years and she also agreed it was to high so we waited 30 minutes for her manager to reach out and when she didn’t I just told her that ... read more
