Cynthia was a phenomenal help! I had two W2s and two 1099s and she was very patient, kind, and gave accurate answers that brought some much needed clarity! Jackson Hewitt is a bit pricey to be honest, but the accuracy, level of customer service, the fact that they’re open on a Saturday, and relief of being in good standing with the IRS makes it worth it. Certainly will file next year.
