I've been using this tax service for 12 + yrs. This is the first time I've had an issue. The man doing my taxes tired taking my payment twice after I clearly shown him it was taken out of my account. I said I've always had it taken from my refund he said it wasn't an option. Then when my payment didn't post t the system he tried retrying my payment I said stop you guys already collected my fee.
