My tax preparer was amazing. She took time to explain everything and was very friendly and professional. However I normally use Turbo Tax and paid 3x the price with Jackson Hewitt to do the same thing and ended up owing the IRS this year. Definitely not going back to them. Extortion is the polite way to describe their fees.
