If I could give her a zero I would. I went in to make my apt and she stopped helping the couple doing their taxes took down my info and didn’t even put it in correctly as my name is Sky not Oscar. She never asks for additional info for 401k and such. I’ve tried the last 2-3 years with her and I’m done.
She’s very helpful and Faster Service.
Melinda is always professional, pleasant and dedicated to her work. She is has a wonderful character and I look forward to seeing her each year.
