The was very knowledgeable, every detail. E filed it for so no stamps were needed. It was very easy. I didn’t have to wait about 45 minutes to an hour an I was out the door. Very good first time experience. ,
The Tax preparer is very kind and courteous. He is knowledgeable and helpful. This is my 2nd year having them prepare my tax. I will do it again.
The tax preparer seemed unsure of what he was doing. I had an appointment with him and was there for over an hour. He told me to come back later and he would finish my papers. I came back 2 days later and they weren't even done. He kept shuffling through my papers and made a few mistakes. Good thing the assistant manager was there to help him. She was extremely helpful and knew what she was doing.
