Excellent service
First, Calvin and Oliver were very nice and patient. With that sad it took over 5 hours to complete my taxes. They had to keep calling in to boss to accomplish certain items. $149 was the new customer price and then at the end the boss jacked up the price which I refused to pay. I will not go back to this JH again.
Our income tax preparer Calvin at Walmart, Gunn Hwy, Tampa, was very courteous, friendly and patient. He made the atmosphere very warm and pleasant. Everything was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. We will be back next year. Without hesitation, we recommend Jackson Hewitt Tax Services to anyone wanting to file their taxes.
